"I'm in a glass case of emotion!"

Why the anchorman quote? Well, it came to me while I was showering last night, which, as you've probably guessed, is about the size of a phone booth and has semi transparent walls.

Anyway, we're in Padua now, which is an hour out of Venice, and we're here to stay until Tuesday, when we'll be heading to Vienna. The bus ride here was long, I think about ten hours passed in between getting on and arriving in Padua. Some funny things happened on the way.

I was sitting next to Sydney, of course, and she would always start dozing off. Well she does that thing where your head starts to droop and you're still semi-conscious so you rip your head back up and you're awake for half a second before you do it again. It makes her look like a bobble head. Besides that, though, at one point her head started leaning in my direction. It was gradual, but eventually her bobbling brought her pretty close to my shoulder. She pulls her head back up, and I figure she'll just start leaning over again.
Nope.
The next time she literally smacks her head down onto my shoulder, fully waking herself up and sending me into laughter. She did this three times on the trip. Headbutted me.

The other bus story also has to do with Sydney sleeping. At one point when she was out, she all of a sudden slapped me on the leg, pretty hard too. So I looked at her, thinking she was mad about something, and when I do she rolls her eyes at me and turns away and goes to sleep. And hour later when I asked her about it, she didn't remember a thing.
Dangerous stuff.

Anyway, we spent the day in Padua, saw a few museums (bleh) and whatnot. We're going to a concert in Venice in about 30 minutes, so I'm going to go and get dressed soon. We'll be seeing the Four Seasons by Vivaldi, which I think are pretty nice pieces of music.
Tomorrow we're going to be seeing some more museums but Monday is a free day! Win! So I'll most likely spend the day writing my book. But that's still a ways off.

I'm gonna go get changed, talk to you all later.
